Deborah James says she's 'unable to get out bed' as she has family sleepover

Dame Deborah James has shared an update with her followers on her condition as she revealed her family threw her a special girly sleepover.The 40 year old podcast host, who is receiving end of life care amid her brave bowel cancer battle, has opened up on becoming more and more exhausted to the point where she is "unable to get out of bed".The mum-of-two, who shares children Hugo, 14, and Eloise, 12, with her husband Sebastien Bowen, admitted she's been experiencing an emotional rollercoaster after revealing she is now receiving end of life care. Despite her devastating situation, Deborah is doing everything to embrace the special family moments and making every last memory she can with her children.
In a poignant post on her Instagram page, the social media star shared photos of her and her female family members – including her daughter Eloise and her sister Sarah – gathered together and dressed in pink pyjamas for a memorable sleepover. Writing in the caption, Deborah began: "Making memories can be hard why you are dying! Oh the pressure!!.

"I’m now only getting some very grabbed hours between the sleeping and side effects, but this girly sleepover managed to put such a smile to my face having spent most of yesterday in tears! "I’m getting less and less able to leave the house, or bed really now, so was feeling pretty down about it.
Or do anything for that matter!" the star continued. "But my sister suggested a party sleepover!" In a series of snaps, Deborah showed her group of girls all dressed up in stunning pink satin dressing gowns and pyjamas as they got ready for the most wonderful girly night in.
