Dan Osborne took to social media to show support for his wife Jacqueline Jossa, as it has been revealed that she is returning to EastEnders. The reality star, 32, appears to be making it clear that his relationship is strong, despite recent speculation that they could be on the rocks - which began when the duo both shared a number of ‘cryptic’ social media posts.
But in a move ensuring fans that they are strong, Dan added a post of his wife from the EastEnders instagram account to his own Stories, writing: "She's back!" Jacqueline, 30, is set to reprise her role of Lauren Branning in the soap for an explosive return, following her departure in 2018. She had previously joined the show in 2010.
The show favourite made a brief return to Albert Square last December for soap legend Dot Cotton’s funeral, as well as an unannounced guest appearance in June.
Speaking of her return, she told The Sun on Sunday: "I’m really excited. It’s such an amazing time to be back as there is so much buzz around EastEnders at the moment.
I’ve been watching and loving it like a fan." Adding: “Walford holds a special place in my heart, so it really does feel like coming home.” It appears that both Jacqueline's career and personal life are on the up, as she and Dan are proving any speculation of marriage trouble wrong.
The couple have been dating for over ten years, but officially tied the knot in 2017 and together share two adorable daughters. However despite the longevity of their relationship, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing for the couple, as their home life was previously tested to its limit following a series of cheating allegations that accused Dan of being unfaithful.
