, who has previously been candid about her struggles with anxiety, explained in a recent interview that rest isn't just a necessity; it's a passion.
“I don’t have a regular [wake-up] time.
It depends on what’s happening in my life,” she told .
“If I’m not working, if I have a day off on a Monday, then I will sleep as long as I can.
Sleep is my number one priority in life.” Girl, same. And not talking about going to bed 15 minutes early or hitting the snooze button a couple times.
Her sleep stats are, to say the least, impressive.
“I’m not functional if I get less than 10 [hours of sleep at night],” she said.
“I can easily go 14 hours.” Obviously, this isn't feasible for a lot of people (and Johnson isn't giving advice—she's just sharing her habits), but can I say, I love this? Instead of hawking some hyper-oxygenated water or telling us her smooth skin comes from an expensive serum, she's telling the honest truth, which is that she sleeps a lot.
And sleep, by the way, is free from toxic chemicals and is pretty reasonably priced! The rest of her relaxation routine is equally spa-worthy: “I meditate every day, twice a day,” said the star.
“I do transcendental meditation.
I’ve been really into breathwork recently, and that’s been helping me a lot with anxiety.
I will get in a bathtub at any moment, any time of the day.

And Eurovision star Sam Ryder over the past week, with their respective songs ‘Last Christmas’ [1986] and ‘You’re Christmas To Me’ [2023].At the first look at the race last week, just 42 chart units stood between the two taking the top spot on the UK charts, however, this week it has been revealed by the Official Charts that Wham! are in pole position, and have widened the gap between Ryder’s Amazon Music original track – which remains at Number Two.However, it doesn’t seem likely that the charts will stay this way until Christmas, with Ryder set to play a fan-exclusive gig tonight (December 19) in Shoreditch, London, in a push to promote the song in time for Christmas Day.Similarly, today (December 19) The Pogues are sharing a special, limited-edition physical run of their own iconic Christmas song ‘Fairytale Of New York’ in a push to climb the charts.Originally released in 1988 and featuring Kirsty MacColl, the track is being reissued in memory of the band’s late singer Shane MacGowan, who died “peacefully” in hospital from pneumonia on November 30.
