Cristiano Ronaldo's friend has sent a cryptic transfer message just hours after Man United lost to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Ronaldo was absent as United lost 1-0 against Crystal Palace due to a hip flexor injury. With Ronaldo sidelined and Rashford also injured, Ralf Rangnick gave Edinson Cavani just his seventh Premier League start of the season, which is his last for the club.
Cavani is set to leave United on a free transfer upon the expiration of his contract next month. Ronaldo, 37, is contracted at United until the summer of 2023, but his future at the club is yet to be clarified after a miserable season at Old Trafford.

United have failed to qualify for the Champions League this season and it remains to be seen whether that will affect Ronaldo's future. Since joining United aged 18 in 2003, Ronaldo has played in at least the Champions League group stage every year.
Ronaldo's close friend, Miguel Paixao, might have just revealed a hint about the forward's decision on Sunday evening, though.
Just hours after United lost to Palace, Paixao shared a cryptic social media post with the caption: "#TheStoryContinues."
Ronaldo has ended the season as United's top goalscorer with 24 goals in all competitions.
