COVID patients rise 61 per cent in one week but signs surge in Perth and Kinross could have peaked

Perth and Kinross died from COVID-19 last week, according to official statistics. Data from the National Records of Scotland shows the deaths occurred between July 12 and 19.It is the highest weekly total since the week beginning February 22.Perth and Kinross has now recorded multiple COVID deaths in four of the last five weeks after cases rose dramatically in the region.
