Everton supporters have been handed cards with the Premier League logo and the word 'corrupt' emblazoned across the front of them ahead of Sunday afternoon's tussle with Manchester United at Goodison Park.
United's short trip to Merseyside marks Everton's first outing since they were hit with a 10-point deduction for breaching the Premier League's financial rules. The Toffees were slapped with the biggest points deduction in the division's history during the international break, with the 10-point loss confirmed on November 17.
An independent commission found that Everton's losses to 2021-22 amounted to £124.5million. Rules state that Premier League clubs are permitted to lose £105m over a three-year period.

Everton, who are now 19th in the table as a result of the deduction, said they were "both shocked and disappointed" and would appeal the decision. Much of the frustration and anger that has been generated among the Everton supporters as a result of the investigators' finings extends from the fact Manchester City's case remains ongoing and could be several years away from being finalised.
On Saturday, Everton supporters flew a banner over the Etihad Stadium as City and Liverpool went toe-to-toe. The banner accused the Premier League of being "corrupt".
Supporters group, The 1878s, chartered the plane as the latest effort to protest against the points deduction. As expected, protests are expected to escalate at Goodison on Sunday afternoon, with supporters being handed cards to hammer home their frustrations.
