Coronation Street fans say Lauren Bolton's kidnapper 'found' after hint they 'know something'

Coronation Street fans think they've found Lauren Bolton's kidnapper as the investigation into her disappearance - and suspected murder - continues. It's been more than three weeks since the teen was last seen in Weatherfield following a mystery visitor to her flat.
Fans of the ITV soap will remember that Lauren was last seen on the cobbles on February 23 by Roy Cropper. The much-loved character had visited her flat with her wages after he sacked her from her role at the café for stealing from customer Bethany Platt's bag.
He gave her her owed wages and a little bit extra to try help her stay afloat while out of work. While she mentioned possibly leaving Weatherfield, her exit came rather abruptly and it was potential new love interest Bobby who discovered her flat unlocked with Lauren nowhere to be found.

It means that Roy ended up being the last person to see Lauren before she suddenly disappeared and has put him in the picture as the prime suspect behind her disappearance and what is being considered as her murder after blood was found in her flat - following his deep clean in a favour to the flat's original renter Evelyn Plummer.
Last week, there were worrying scenes as Roy was dragged to the police station for questioning by DS Swain and while he was released with a curfew pending further investigation, his freedom was hanging in the balance.
During Monday night's first trip of the week to Weatherfield, viewers saw many of the street's residents showing concern and support for Roy. But things got particularly scary when he was locked inside a Roys
