Coronation Street fans have been stunned after uncovering one soap star's shock appearance in an iconic noughties music video.
The actor starred in a video for hit song Push The Button by girlband Sugababes in 2005, but looked entirely unrecognisable. Emrhys Cooper, 39, joined the cast of Coronation Street earlier this year as villainous Roman Cunliffe, but prior to arriving in Weatherfield he had a very varied career. Alongside starring in musicals, films and TV shows, Emrhys has also worked with artists including Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Pussycat Dolls, having previously worked as a dancer.
He appeared in the video for Push The Button, directed by Matthew Rolston, as the 'Geeky Guy'. Clips of his performance have resurfaced, with soap fans amazed by how different Emrhys looks in the music video. He sports thick rimmed glasses and longer hair in the video.
Dressed in a patterned knitted jumper and baggy trousers, in one scene he can be seen getting close to singer Heidi Range.
