A man has been rushed to hospital following an early morning 'disturbance' in North Lanarkshire.

Police in Glasgow have appealed for help identifying two male cyclists in connection with a brutal serious assault.
Officers are hoping to speak to the mask-wearing duo after a person was attacked outside the Co-op store on Great Western Road on Wednesday, February 2.
Few details have been released about the original incident but police have said it took place at around 4pm.
Investigators have urged the men, or anyone who recognises them, to come forward as part of their enquiries.
The first man is described as being 35 to 50-years-old, of slim build and was wearing a green and white striped beanie hat, beige snood, navy blue jacket, black jeans and grey trainers.
He was riding a silver bicycle and had a black backpack on at the time of the incident.
The second man, who was riding a green bike, is said to be of a similar age as his pal but with a heavy build.
He was wearing a black Adidas baseball cap, black jacket with white zips, black jogging bottoms and grey trainers.
Detective Constable Sean Kennedy of Drumchapel Police office said: “I would urge the males, or anyone who has information relating to these males, depicted in this image to make contact with the Police.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact officers at Drumchapel Police Office, Glasgow via 101 quoting reference number 2617 of Wednesday, 2 February 2022.
Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed on anonymously.”
