Comedian Rosie Jones says she will 'lie low for a bit' after suffering vile abuse once again following her latest TV appearance.
The 33-year-old appeared on The Big Fat Quiz of the Year alongside fellow stars including Katherine Ryan, Mo Gilligan, Richard Ayoade and Mel Giedroyc. However, Rosie - who has cerebral palsy - was subjected to abuse from online trolls following the episode that aired on Boxing Day.
She decided to address the "ableist" comments by taking to her social media account, The Mirror reports. After doing so, she was flooded with messages of support.

Rosie re-shared a tweet from just a few weeks ago where she had addressed being trolled following her stand-up at the Royal Variety Performance. Taking to X - formerly Twitter - the comedian wrote: "Rinse and repeat. Different telly show, same old ableism. Thanks for the support, but I’m gonna lie low for a bit and sink into the perineum of Christmas and New Year."
Fans shared their support to Rosie as one said: "You were fab on both shows!!" Another added: "You’re wonderful xxx people who tap away on here, not taking your feelings into account, are definitely not ‘fun’ or ‘funny’." Someone else commented: "Dearest Rosie! You are brilliant, clever and hilarious. Some people are just bitter. And jealous. And awful. They don’t matter. Onwards……" A fourth wrote: "I thought you were brilliant. Keep going x."
Earlier this month Rosie fired back at cruel comments about her stand-up at the Royal Variety Performance. Rosie performed her stand-up act to cheers and laughter from
