Strictly Come Dancing's Seann Walsh admits guilt for 'public' Katya Jones kiss scandal
Strictly Come Dancing star Seann Walsh has finally admitted guilt for his affair with Katya Jones. The stand-up comedian, 36, competed in the 2018 series of the BBC dance show and was famously snapped kissing his 32-year-old Russian dance partner on the streets of London.A twist in the tale came when Seann's girlfriend at the time, Rebecca Humphries, 34, released an emotional statement alleging that Seann had gaslit her over her concerns about he and Katya's relationship.Claiming that Seann had called her a "psycho" for having suspicions, Rebecca also revealed that the kiss occurred on her birthday.Seann has since expressed his regret over the kiss' effect on his ex-girlfriend.Speaking to comedienne Katherine Ryan on her Prime Video show Backstage with Katherine Ryan, Seann was asked about the infamous kiss.In response, he appeared to concede the humiliating effects the public snog had on Rebecca.Seann said: "What you are thinking about is: 'What have you done to someone?'"It's one thing doing that privately and I don't judge anyone, because everyone's got their own backstory, lives or whatever."During his talk with Katherine, Seann also referred to his period on Strictly before the ksis scandal as 'the best time of his life'.He added "I have such amazing memories of being on that show and then the repercussions of that kiss, it was crazy. I'm just a comic."I can't go near anything Strictly, I can't.
