Oppenheimer star Cillian Murphy leads a quiet life away from the spotlight with his wife and two sons.
Despite being one of the world's most famous faces these days, the Peaky Blinders actor has often expressed his discomfort with fame.
The 47 year old, also known for roles in Batman Begins and Dunkirk, has become one of the most sough-after stars in Hollywood after his recent performance as J. Robert Oppenheimer.
Last night he scooped best actor at the BAFTAs and he's tipped for success at next month's Oscars, but he remains well and truly down-to-earth, despite his extensive talents.
A musician as well as a thespian, he sang and played guitar in several bands along with brother Páidi in his late teens and early 20s, he sang and played the guitar in several bands alongside his brother, Páidi.
Cillian has been married to Yvonne McGuinness since 2004, as reports the Mirror, after the pair first met back in 1996 at one of his band's gigs. They have two sons, Malachy, 17, and Aran, 16, and recently moved back to Ireland to raise their children.
They live in a beautiful period home in the desirable Monkstown area of south Dublin, which Cillian bought for £1.5 million in 2015.
The house has six double bedrooms, a drawing room, original fireplaces, high ceilings, large bay windows, and a stunning wrought iron fireplace in the living room.
It's also just five minutes from the sea and close to yacht clubs, parks, and top-rated schools. But even more interestingly than that - one of the stand out features of their home is the fact that it does not have internet.
Cillian prefers a simple life away from modern technology and also doesn't have a mobile phone.
