Christine McGuinness has marked her birthday by appearing completely starkers while reflecting on her 'life-changing spiritual journey' in the last year. The media personality and autism campaigner took to social media on Wednesday (March 20) to comment on the special occasion.
In a string of photos shared with her 730,000 followers, Christine shared a selection of highlights from the year, which included her 'dream holiday', writing her own book and a 'life-changing spiritual journey'.
The birthday girl started by sharing a photo from filming BBC Two's upcoming series of Pilgrimage in which she climbed Mount Snowden despite any prior training. She also shared a beaming snap of herself and her mum taking during a break abroad together and the emotional photo of her and her dad, Johnny.

There was also a moment with her friend Duncan James on Celebrity Hunted and Christine also embraced her body as she shared a photo from a completely naked photoshoot she did with The Sun.
Sharing a poignant message alongside the post, Christine wrote: "Chapter 36. Year 35 you were incredible. Some of my highlights from last season...
"I climbed a mountain I went on a dream holiday with my mum and my babies. My dad got better. I wrote another book. Launched my own products in stores all over the uk and brought out my own clothing brand I made another documentary with BBC. I went 'on the run' for Stand Up To Cancer with my bestie Duncan James and done a life-changing spiritual journey making new friends on Pilgrimage.
