CBS & Pluto TV Partner For Tony Awards Pre-Show

For Tony Award nominees, the next 37 days will be the usual long slog of interviews, parties, nerves and anticipation. But for producers of the ceremony’s June 11 broadcast on CBS, the date carries a new cause for insomnia: Who will write the thing?

Adult Swim has shared the trailer for season six of The Eric André Show, the cult favorite late-night talk show/prank program/endurance challenge. André returns as host for "sexy season six," and the trailer promises a roster of guests that includes Rico Nasty, Lil Yachty, Tinashe, Jon Hamm, Diplo, Natasha Lyonne, and more.

Drew Barrymore has dropped out as host of the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards in a show of support for the striking Hollywood scribes of the Writers Guild of America, adding she’ll instead act as emcee for the awards in 2024. MTV Movie & TV Awards will still air Sunday night without a host.

After receiving critical acclaim for her West End debut at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London, which included winning best actress at the 2023 Olivier Awards, Comer took the play to the John Golden Theatre on Broadway in April which will run until July.
