On Friday, the Love Island beauty took to YouTube to express her gratitude for fans messaging her to say they spotted a lump on her neck during the series. Samie has now had the lump checked and is facing an operation as doctors are unsure whether it could be cancerous.

I came out, and I got a few of the comments as well." Samie went on to explain that she initially couldn't see the lump.
