California’s first Pride event of the year, Cathedral City LGBT Days, aka Cathedral City Pride, kicks off its three-day celebration on Friday.
Here’s everything you need to know about Cathedral City Pride.
FridayThe official Pride flag raising and lighting of City Hall will take place at 6 p.m.
It will be followed by a 7 p.m. screening under the stars of “The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert” at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater at 7 p.m.
At 9 p.m., the first outdoor Pride drone show will begin.

SaturdayThe festivities include Bacon and Leggs poolside drag brunch and party, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Temecula’s Drag Experience and KGAY hosted by Jake DuPree and Kelly K with Jo Lopez, Joella, Luna Eclipse, Diva Dean, The Fitness Marshall.
