Carey Mulligan Joins Bradley Cooper's Leonard Bernstein Netflix Movie 'Maestro'

Carey Mulligan’s highly anticipated thriller, “Promising Young Woman”, finally has a release date.

Promising Young Woman — starring Carey Mulligan — will open in theaters nationwide on Christmas Day, Focus Features announced Friday. The acclaimed thriller is written and directed by Emerald Fennell (Killing Eve) in her feature directorial debut.

The highly anticipated movie Promising Young Woman was supposed to be released in theaters back in April and now the film has finally been given a new release date!

The #MeToo movement has been incredibly powerful and emotional for a whole generation of victims of sexual assault and abuse. However, that doesn’t mean the sweeping movement that has seen the voices of victims being supported and promoted is perfect.

It stars Mulligan as a woman who once had a bright future but is now stuck and grieving after a mysterious event derailed her future.

Bradley Cooper is encouraging residents of his home state to get up and get out the vote. Per People, the A Star Is Born actor and director made a rare public appearance in a new video featured on Now This News urging registered voters in Pennsylvania—one of a handful of major swing states in this year's presidential election—to hit the polls come November.

Bradley Cooper appeared in an informational video to help people in his native state of Pennsylvania prepare to vote in the upcoming election. The actor, who grew up in the battleground state, joined forces with Now This News for a video in which he urges residents of the state to take the easy steps to register to vote and complete a ballot for the Nov.

 Bradley Cooper  has been busy at work in Los Angeles recently working on a new film, the 45-year-old actor was spotted in New York City on Monday in the Tribeca neighborhood hugging his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Russian supermodel  Irina Shayk . Their three-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine was in a stroller next to the couple.Cooper and Shayk haven’t been seen together in public since February at a British Vogue event, according to the Daily Mail.
