Helen George has hit back at critics who called her "unprofessional" for continuing to film Call The Midwife during her pregnancy.The 37 year old gave birth to her second daughter, Lark, in November, with scenes of the hit BBC period drama she filmed while pregnant now airing. While a number of her fans are supporting the fact that she continued working during her pregnancy, a minority are blasting her – with one even calling her "unprofessional".The actress, who plays Trixie Franklin on the show, has now taken to social media to hit back at the negative comments posted about her online. You can sign up at the top of the page. She wrote: "I've seen too many ridiculous comments about my pregnancy whilst filming @CallTheMidwife1 (also thank you for the lovely comments!) "Women get pregnant, our bodies change. But we have the right to work if we choose to do so.
"How about just supporting it, and don’t question it?" One tweet, which has been deleted since Helen's response, read: It's very unprofessional in my opinion, it's not as if it's filmed all year round. "It's a short window. She should quit if she wants to pregnant during filming.
