Nick Cannon is speaking out about why he and Alyssa Scott decided that their late son Zen would not undergo chemotherapy amid his battle with brain cancer last year.The San Diego, California native, 42, speaking on The Checkup with Dr. David Agus on Paramount+, said that he spoke in detail with doctors about the best options for his son in the wake of diagnosis of an aggressive brain cancer, high-grade glioma.Cannon, who is expecting his 12th child with Scott, said that doctors told him that chemotherapy would 'not really' help Zen live longer or more comfortably due to where his tumor was placed.
