Now actor Jonathan Bailey, who will be at the forefront of the much-anticipated second series as his character Viscount Anthony Bridgerton takes centre stage, has lifted the lid on what the love scenes are really like to film.The 33 year old actor, who TV fans know from series such as ITV crime drama Broadchurch, also went on to reveal some tricks of the trade of how the cast work on the intimacy between them, including bizarre techniques like a half-inflated netball.

However, he said he and the rest of the star-studded cast have an Intimacy Co-ordinator on hand to guide them through the process, as he let slip some of the filming secrets they use.
Jonathan explained: “It’s amazing how that whole industry has just come on, even in a year.” The actor continued: “There are new tricks to the trade – little cushions – and it’s amazing what you can do with a half-inflated netball.” Elaborating further, Bridgerton’s new leading man also went on to explain how there are strict rules in place to make sure that the actors feel comfortable at all times. He added: “If there are two people doing a sex scene, the rule is they must have three barriers separating them and there are certain acts where a half-inflated netball can allow for movement without having to connect physically.” Jonathan added: “It’s pretty silly
