A breast cancer survivor says she was made to feel "degraded" as a police officer told her to cover up her chest in her own home. Karen Trainor had both of her breasts removed after she was diagnosed with the disease more than five years ago.

"I asked what he meant, he put his hand up towards me and looked away in disgust, he couldn't even look at me. I was shocked and horrified, everyone in the house was looking shocked."
Karen said she'd put a top on and said he needed to head upstairs for the interview. He asked which room as Karen followed him to find a top to put on. The cancer survivor began to ask a question and claims he interrupted her asking "have you put a top on yet" - which she had.
