Eagle-eyed bargain hunters have discovered how to get a popular foundation at Boots for over £17 less than its retail price.
Christmas is just around the corner, and if you still need to pick up any last minute gifts or just a treat for yourself, this tip could help you make your money go much further. Shoppers can pick up the high-end foundation for much less by taking advantage of certain offers and discount codes.
The Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place foundation will normally cost you £37.50, but some shoppers have been able to get their hands on it for as little as £15 thanks to some helpful discounts.
Manchester Evening News reports that shoppers in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group noticed the deal.
At the moment, you can buy the foundation on the Boots website, where there's a deal that knocks £7.50 off the price. Then, with the new price of £30, shoppers can stack the discount code 'SAVE5ELFOUNDATION' which reduces it again down to £20.
One grateful shopper posted: "Thank you to the lady who posted about the Estée Lauder foundation. £20 with discount code".
Another said: "Just purchased this now, thanks, fab price. £20 with code at check out. Stock up." Another said: "Just ordered some myself and one for my mum .. cheaper than the outlet ones."
While a third commented: "Thankyou so much!! Almost ran out and thought I was going to have to wait until after Christmas."
However, the discounts didn't stop there - as some savvy shoppers managed to pick up the foundation for even less.
Students can bag an extra 10% off on top of the offer, bringing the five-star rated product down to just £18.
