Wet Leg have shared a brand new track called ‘Ur Mum’, which hears the Isle Of Wight duo take shots at an ex-boyfriend.The duo – Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers – will release their eagerly anticipated self-titled debut album on Friday (April 8), which they’ve previewed over the last year with the tracks ‘Chaise Longue’, ‘Wet Dream’, ‘Too Late Now’, ‘Oh No’ and ‘Angelica’.On ‘Ur Mum’, Wet Leg throw insults in the direction of an ex-boyfriend. “When I think about what you’ve become, I feel sorry for your mum,” Teasdale’s sings on the opening lines of the track.

Poliça have announced details of new album ‘Madness’ and shared the pulsating first single from the record – listen to ‘Alive’ below.‘Madness’ is out June 3 and has been described as “something of a companion piece” to 2020’s ‘When We Stay Alive’.The album was mostly recorded between 2020 and 2021 in Ryan Olson’s Minneapolis studio and was partially created by anthropomorphic production tool “AllOvers(c)”, which was designed by Olson and fellow producer and sound-artist Seth Rosetter.According to vocalist Channy Leaneagh, the lyrics across ‘Madness’ represent the idea that “I am here for you all and I am never truly myself here. The Killers have shared seven new reimagined versions of songs from their 2021 album ‘Pressure Machine’ on the deluxe version of the record, which is out today (March 25).The expanded version, which you can listen to below, features four different versions of closing track ‘The Getting By’, plus a new version of ‘Runaway’ and two further takes on ‘West Hills’.‘The Getting By II’ is much more rousing and characteristic of the band than the original while other versions are even more downbeat than the 2021 cut.‘Running Horses II’ is also more upbeat than the previous version of the track and no longer features Phoebe Bridgers.Opening track ‘West Hills’ meanwhile now features a reworked gospel version of the song.Last year, The Killers revealed to NME that they’re already at work on a “heavier” new record – and that this one is likely to feature all four members.The band’s previous record ‘Imploding The Mirage‘ came out in 2020 and saw guitarist Dave Keuning sit out the recording sessions to enjoy some time at home at San Diego instead.

Young creators Andrés Ribagorda and Pablo Jimeno attended the event and explained that not only did they get the financing they needed but also the professional input to jumpstart their first work.

The Killers have announced details of the expanded, deluxe edition of their 2021 album ‘Pressure Machine’.The follow-up to 2020’s ‘Imploding The Mirage’ originally arrived back in August, charting at Number One in the UK in its first week.The Killers will now release a new edition of ‘Pressure Machine’ on March 25 via EMI, which will feature newly-realised and reimagined versions of select songs from the album that were co-produced by the band with Shawn Everett and Foxygen‘s Jonathan Rado.Such tracks as ‘West Hills’, ‘Runaway Horses’ (which was originally a collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers) and ‘The Getting By’ will be reworked for the new release.The Killers have also announced that on Monday (March 21) they will debut Notes From A Quiet Town, a new live film that will air exclusively on Facebook. Justin Vernon (Bon Iver) and Ethan Gruska have long admired each other's work, and they'd planned on capitalizing on their long-distance friendship just as the pandemic hit. “Around March 10th of 2020 Justin was supposed to come to L.A. and we were going to spend a few days making some stuff," Gruska remembers.
