BMW driver stopped on M56 after being clocked doing 90mph 'tested positive for drugs' - before cops found cannabis on him... and three kids in the car

Manchester Magistrates' Court heard that Ashraf had been attending a 'gathering' nearby, and was moving his car in the early hours of Sunday, August 23.
