Manchester Magistrates' Court heard that Ashraf had been attending a 'gathering' nearby, and was moving his car in the early hours of Sunday, August 23. As officers from GMP stopped his sports car, they were met with a strong smell of alcohol and reported that Ashraf had been slurring his words.He was taken to Central Park Police Station where he blew a reading of 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
