Katie Price sailed through to the Celebrity MasterChef semifinals by showing off her culinary skills. The 43 year old star impressed the judges in all three rounds of the competition, getting herself to the next stage alongside Dion Dublin and Joe Swash.

Celebrity MasterChef on Tuesday as Katie Price, Dion Dublin, Melissa Johns and Joe Swash cooked up a storm in the BBC kitchen. After losing Will Kirk on Monday, John and Gregg decided to send home Melissa at the end of the second instalment of the week.

Katie managed to identify all the tropical fruits correctly on the first challenge, before making a respectable sweetcorn fritter and smashed avocado dish. In the third challenge Katie had to make dumplings and impressed again, with Greg Wallace calling her food "fantastic".
