Ever since Ben Foden left the world of rugby and moved into real estate in America, the 38 year old and ex-wife Una Healy have been prioritising their efforts to co-parent their two children. The couple - who were married for six years but split in 2018 - share Aofie, 11, and Tadhg, 8, who live with Saturdays' singer Una in Tipperary, Ireland. And now, as Ben and his wife Jackie have welcomed their adorable second child together, Olympia Halcyon Foden, it makes Ben a dad-of-four.
But no matter how busy his schedule is, ensuring everyone is happy is something that's important to Ben. "She [Una] has and she said she’s really happy for us welcoming another baby into the family," he said when we asked if Una had sent her best wishes to congratulate him on his newest arrival. The couple, who met through mutual friends in 2019, are already parents to three-year-old Farrah, and have worked hard to build a blended family with Ben and Una's children.
Speaking exclusively to OK!, former professional rubgy player Ben said he and Una are "pretty good" at co-parenting now. "We’ve been co-parenting for the last five years and I think we’re pretty good at it now," he explained. "Me having another baby won’t change anything and I appreciate how much she takes the reins with Aoife and Tadgh.
