The Traitors returned on Thursday night as it was finally revealed to viewers who the three chosen 'traitors' by Claudia Winkleman had decided to recruit.
On the launch show three 'traitors' were selected by host Claudia Winkleman to do their best to deceive their 'faithfuls' co-stars they hadn't been chosen. Business manager Paul, events coordinator Ash and British army engineer Harry were all selected.
However the Traitor selection wasn't complete as Claudia announced to the new wicked trio that they had to decide on recruiting an extra member as Thursday's show revealed it was 36-year-old veterinary nurse Miles who joined them.
But the drama still wasn't over - as someone was sent home packing before the challenge had barely begun. The traitors decided to send home Aubrey, whose fate was sealed for him in a letter before breakfast to tell him he had been 'murdered.'
"I have been murdered because I am too observant. I was a threat and they could see that - perhaps I should have stayed quiet. They have made a big mistake," the 67-year-old retired shop owner said of his exit.
Traitor Ash said: "We were afraid from Aubrey for sure. We have to take out the strongest link first," as Diane who nearly got the chop admitted she was upset and said the move was "tactical" by the unknown traitors to the rest of the group.
Meanwhile, the remaining 21 contestants took part in another challenge to add money to the prize pot and earned £4,000, which will be lost to the 'traitors' if they manage to go undetected throughout the series.
Claudia picks people out of the group to become the 'traitors' who secretly meet up to "murder" one of the remaining 'faithfuls' each night.
All of the contestants also meet at a round table to "banish"
