Janette Manrara has been supported by her fans and followers after admitting to feeling 'not myself' and how she managed to turn her day around. The Strictly Come Dancing star appeared to get her day off to a determined start.
Janette, 40, took to Instagram with a brilliant snap of herself looking incredible while on stage during the BBC One show's recent live our which saw 31 shows performed across nine cities in three weeks. While Janette hosted, she also got to enjoy a boogie alongside her fellow pro dancers and the celebrity line-up from the 2023 series.
Alongside the picture showing herself in the live presenting zone, the dancer determinedly said: "One day I’ll say to Lyra Rose, mami did that."

But the epic tour came to a sad end on Sunday (February 11) and Janette appeared to feel a bit of a lull as she returned home to Cheshire, where she moved from London last year with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec, and was reunited with her daughter, Lyra Rose, who she desperately missed during their time apart.
Taking to Instagram later the same day, Janette shared a video of her working out in the gym. "Felt a little “not myself” today and thought, the gym always brings me back," the mum-of-one wrote to her followers. "Lyra Rose had her long afternoon nap and away I went to do #me.
"So happy that I went and did some stretching, breathing, and easy work outs. Feeling like myself again. Thank you @julienmacdonald for the amazing gear! I love it! Also, obsessed with/ @teddyswims new song #LoseControl It was on repeat my whole session!"
