Ant McPartlin is seen by a medic after cutting his head on a coconut in an unseen Britain's Got Talent clip shared by the ITV show on Thursday. In the video, it sees Ant, 46, determined to crack open a coconut after an act uses the fruit during their audition on stage to impress judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell and David Walliams.
However, the presenter's idea doesn't go to plan as he attempts to crack open the coconut by punching it, which leaves him swearing with his co-host Declan Donnelly in hysterics. While Dec adds: "Do not try this at home, he's just tried this here and nearly broken his knuckles! Someone off-camera then suggests that Ant attempt to break the coconut in a different way, to which he quips: "Why would you say forehead? Because I'm going to try, aren't I?" And it's not long until Dec points out: "You've cut your head on a coconut!" To which Ant says to someone off-camera: "I told you that hurt, you said: 'Use your forehead!' Now I've cut my forehead, how irresponsible are you!" Ant then asks Dec seriously: "Have I cut my head?" as he calls: "Medic, medic!" The medic then comes over as he explains that he's going to get a bandage with Dec pointing out that it's to "stop the infection". As the medic and Dec start to wrap Ant's head with a bandage, he protests: "This is very extreme for a little tap on the forehead!" And things go even more extreme when the medic playfully says that Ant needs to change the bandage every day for three weeks as Dec starts laughing hysterically at the update.

Ant McPartlin have left fans in hysterics after sharing a video of Dec 'crying' at his desk. In the hilarious video, 46 year old Ant approaches Declan Donnelly who is sat working at a desk. As he gets closer Dec looks visibly upset as Ant says "Oh no, what's the matter." Dec appears to get more confused as Ant continues to ask him "what you crying for" and "you seem really upset what's upset you." After being asked a few times why he is crying, he replies, "I'm not am I?" Ant then proves that he is the best friend, threatening to beat up whoever upset him.
