The grieving partner of Frankie Jules-Hough says the family feel 'injustice' over the sentence handed to her killer. Adil Iqbal's prison sentence was increased from 12 to 15 years by three appeal judges last week.
The 22-year-old was driving his father's BMW M140i with one hand and filming with the other at 123mph before hitting Frankie's Skoda Fabia on the M66, near Bury. Frankie's son, nine, and four-year-old nephew were also injured in the crash. In 2022, judges were told they could hand out a life sentence as the maximum penalty to those found
