Patch Darragh (Long Bright River), Kira Guloien (The Good Doctor), Celeste Oliva(Julia), Jesse James Keitel (Big Sky) and Matt Murray (Snowpiercer) are set for recurring roles, written and executive produced by Lisa Zwerling and Karyn Usher.

Lady Jane has landed on Prime Video today (June 27) and here’s every song on the show’s soundtrack.The new series is partly based on history, centring on Lady Jane Grey, a Tudor noblewoman who briefly claimed the English and Irish throne in 1553.Known as the ‘Nine-Day Queen’, she was beheaded but in Prime’s new show, “the damsel in distress saves herself.”A synopsis says it is “a radical retelling of English royal history, in which King Henry VIII’s son Edward does not die of tuberculosis, Lady Jane Grey is not beheaded, and neither is her rascal of a husband Guildford”.All eight episodes of the show will land on Prime at 8am on June 27 and the series features a cast including Edward Bluemel, Jordan Peters, Dominic Cooper, Anna Chancellor, Rob Brydon, Jim Broadbent, Henry Ashton, Isabella Brownson, Robyn Betteridge, Kate O’Flynn, Abbie Hern, Máiréad Tyers, Joe Klocek and Michael Workeye.Check out the trailer for the new series here:The track listing for the new show can be found below. Historians and fans of the Tudors know this sad tale, but Prime Video‘s “My Lady Jane,” created by Gemma Burgess, isn’t interested in historical facts. Instead, the quippy dramedy, which is based on the best-selling novel by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand, and Jodi Meadows, bends and twists Jane’s story.

Based on the novel by Alafair Burke, “The Better Sister” stars Biel as Chloe, a woman whose life is upended when her husband Adam (played by Stoll) is brutally murdered — and the prime suspect shocks the family and exposes secrets. Banks plays Chloe’s sister, Nicky, who “hustles to make ends meet while trying to stay clean.” Reuben will play Michelle Sanders, described as “a respected lawyer who has made a career of standing up when she’s told to sit down.

Per the official synopsis, “After Santa Claus (Simmons) – Code Name: ‘Red One’ – is kidnapped, the North Pole’s Head of Security (Johnson) must team up with the world’s most infamous bounty hunter (Evans) in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas.” In the trailer, Johnson takes an ordinary Hot Wheels car from a toy store and turns it into a full-sized Chevy Corvette using some space-aged Christmas technology.

Todd Spangler NY Digital Editor Five men were convicted by a federal jury in Las Vegas this week for their part in operating Jetflicks, which officials say was one of the largest illegal streaming services in the U.S. Jetflicks, which charged $9.99 per month for the streaming service, generated millions of dollars in subscription revenue and caused “substantial harm to television program copyright owners,” the Justice Department said Thursday. At one point, Jetflicks claimed to host more than 183,200 TV episodes — a lineup larger than the combined catalogs of Netflix, Hulu, Vudu and Amazon Prime Video, according to prosecutors.
