There are people just finding out about an invitation-only Amazon scheme that sees shoppers earn £5 a month to spend.
In an opt-in, invitation only programme, Amazon Shopper Panel participants earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made elsewhere, completing short surveys, and enabling ad verification.
Shoppers just need to upload or forward 10 receipts per month to get £5 added to their account balance - or sent on as a charitable donation. The scheme came to light on a shopping Facebook group when a member shared their excitement about "finally" joining it.
"After being on the waiting list for what seems life a lifetime, I've finally been accepted to the Amazon shopper panel," wrote the poster.
Their fellow bargain hunters chimed in to discuss the coveted Amazon programme.
One said: "Been on it since May 60 pounds so far".
A second wrote: "I've not long had an email as well and already over £5 available".
A third added: "I did too! Think I've been on the waiting list a couple months"
Another hadn't even been aware of the scheme: "I'm an Argos tester. Didn't know about the Amazon Shopper".
If you're curious about joining the programme, you'll have to join a waitlist.
The programme is available to a limited number of Amazon UK shoppers and you may not be eligible to join.
Amazon writes: "Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the tabs for Receipts, Surveys, and Ads in the app."
In order to snag an invite, interested shoppers can download the Amazon Shopper Panel app from the Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. You can then join the waitlist and, if you're one of the lucky ones, you'll be notified via email when

On Thursday, the WGGB emailed members and provided an update on its website FAQ section, and all signs seem to indicate that “pre-existing” projects can continue, but new work for the U.K. subsidiaries of “struck” companies will be discouraged. One question reads: “I am currently partway through a series/contract with a U.K.-based U.S. producer who is a WGA MBA signatory company — what should I do?”
