Alison Hammond is returning to the This Morning studio to present the ITV show with Holly Willoughby for the second day in a row. Holly, 40, who returned to the show last week after Phillip Schofield tested positive for Covid-19, shared the news on her Instagram feed on Tuesday 7 February alongside a snap of herself dressed in a red jumper with a black skirt and matching boots. Delighting her 7.6million fans, she wrote: "Morning Tuesday… back with the quite frankly flipping brilliant @alisonhammond55 today… see you on @thismorning at 10am," followed by a red heart emoji before listing her outfit details.

Alison Hammond will replace Phillip Schofield on This Morning today, Tuesday 1 February, after he tested positive for Covid-19. The Dancing on Ice presenter took to Instagram late on Monday evening, 31 January, to announce to his three million followers that he had tested positive for the virus and would have to self-isolate.
