Alison Hammond is returning to the This Morning studio to present the ITV show with Holly Willoughby for the second day in a row. Holly, 40, who returned to the show last week after Phillip Schofield tested positive for Covid-19, shared the news on her Instagram feed on Tuesday 7 February alongside a snap of herself dressed in a red jumper with a black skirt and matching boots. Delighting her 7.6million fans, she wrote: "Morning Tuesday… back with the quite frankly flipping brilliant @alisonhammond55 today… see you on @thismorning at 10am," followed by a red heart emoji before listing her outfit details.
Flocking to the comments section, one person wrote: "so glad it's you and Alison again love you both presenting yesterday," with two red heart emojis. Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter. You can sign up at the top of the page.
Another said: "Loved you two yesterday, can’t wait to watch again x". While a third added: "Yayyyy my 2 faves," with a red heart emoji and two celebration hands emojis. Holly and Alison, 47, made quite the pair on the show yesterday as fans were delighted by the "duo we didn't know we needed".
However, Holly made a major blunder as she introduced the show on Monday, leaving viewers confused as to whether or not it was in fact the beginning of the week. The TV star welcomed in “Tuesday’s” episode of the daytime show incorrectly and appeared completely oblivious to the mistake she had made as she continued on with her live introduction. “Good morning! Hello and welcome to Tuesday’s This Morning,” Holly said as Cyndi Lauper’s hit song Girls Just Wanna Have Fun played in the background. Become an OK! VIP and see all our exclusives
