Alex Beresford's life off screen from marriage split to finding love again

Good Morning Britain weather reporter Alex Beresford has joined the cast of this year's Celebrity Race Across The World for the ultimate travel challenge.
The new series of the hit BBC show returns on Thursday, 20 September where we will see four celebrities and their family members take the trip of a lifetime across the globe without the use of phones or flights. Presenter Alex will be joined by his father Noel as they race from Marrakesh in Morocco to Tromso in Norway to beat the other contestants and bag themselves the grand prize.
Many will recognise the familiar face of Alex who has presented the national ITV Weather since November 2007 and the GMB weather since 2014. But as he takes on a new challenge to battle against the elements outside of the studio, we take a closer look at his life from his marriage split to finding love again.
Split from wife Alex broke headlines in 2020 when it was revealed he had split from his wife Natalia Beresford, formerly Natkaniec - they also have a son called Cruz.
The pair actually split in 2019 but decided to continue living together for a while in order to take their split slowly.
Talking about this on the Britain Get Talking podcast at the time, Alex said: "As we kind of moved into the summer, myself and Natalia decided we were going to part ways, which, you know me - I'm not a quitter, and I hate quitting things. "We tried to work through things, but at some point you realise the best thing to do for everybody is walk away, but walking away is never easy.
"We were in the same house up until the beginning of this year, knowing that we were parting ways, it takes a while to figure things out." The presenter moved out two weeks before the first lockdown hit in March 2020. 'The woman
