Since first arriving on our screens back in March 2021, EastEnders star James Farrar has captured the heart of the nation with his portrayal of Zack Hudson in the iconic BBC soap. Netflix limited series Bodies, starring Stephen Graham, is set across multiple timelines in past, present and future London, as four murders are investigated.A synopsis of the show reads: “When a body – the same body – is found on Longharvest Lane in London’s East End in 1890, 1941, 2023 and 2053, one detective from each period must investigate.“As connections are drawn across the decades, the detectives soon discover their investigations are linked, and an enigmatic political leader – Elias Mannix (Stephen Graham) – becomes increasingly central. Did he have a part to play in the murder? Or is something far more sinister at play?“To solve the mystery, our four detectives must somehow collaborate and uncover a conspiracy spanning over 150 years.”Though the show was based in London across multiple different timelines, the show was actually filmed elsewhere in the UK.

Line of Duty actor Stephen Graham offered to adopt fellow actor Thomas Turgoose when he was a teenager after his mum Sharon tragically died from cancer. Co-stars Stephen and Thomas first met when filming the british drama This Is England together in 2006, when Thomas was just 13 years old.Thomas played lead character Shaun Fields, who was taken in by a gang, while Stephen played Combo, who was a sociopathic racist in the gang.Thomas’ mum passed away shortly after they completed the film, meaning his mum was not able to watch her son acting on the big screen.
