Adele Silva reveals the one rule Emmerdale stars have in sex scenes

Emmerdale star Laura Norton has announced the birth of her second child with fiancé Mark Jordon.

Jennifer Tilly "loves" shooting sex scenes. The 64-year-old actress has been in a relationship with poker player Phil Laak since 2004 and admitted that while most performers say intimate scenes are "awful", she enjoys them because she has the opportunity to "get naked" with someone other than her partner. She said: "I know actors are meant to say, ‘Oh, sex scenes are awful! It’s always a terrible day to have to get through,’.

Emmerdale fans have so far been treated to two explosive episodes this week as the 50th anniversary of the ITV soap continues. A deadly storm is battering the Dales, causing death and destruction, and resulting in at least one fatality so far in much-loved character Harriet Finch, played by actress Katherine Down Blyton.

Then drama erupted around Shia LaBeouf’s exit from the film, with LaBeouf leaking a video of Wilde trying to get him back despite clear reservations from Pugh over working with him. And don’t forget about the video of Harry Styles allegedly spitting on Chris Pine (both of their reps denied such an act took place).

With just days left to go until Emmerdale airs its nail biting 50th anniversary episode, stars from the long running ITV soap have stepped back in time for a 70’s themed photo shoot to honour the decade which first introduced us to the Yorkshire village. Dressed in a selection of colourful outfits, five of the show’s younger cast members, Jessie Elland, Rosie Bentham, Katie Hill, Daisy Campbell and Karene Peter looked nearly unrecognisable as they channelled their best retro vibes while paying homage to 1972 in particular - the year Emmerdale first aired.
