Adam Thomas has told fans he 'hates who he becomes' while trialling a new medication as he offered a raw health update. The actor first opened up about his arthritis diagnosis last year after he was revealed to be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing 2023.
He shared at the time how he'd been told he had rheumatoid arthritis but he has since told how his initial diagnosis has been changed, saying in January on Loose Women that he's got Psoriatic arthritis.
He had continued to openly document his pain battle and in his latest post, Adam shared a mixed update as he spoke about his struggles with the side effects of his medication but also revealed some of the positives he's been able to achieve in recent weeks.

"But the side effects once I’ve taken them, really wipe me out! It’s not so much the sickness but fatigue and drowsiness which effects me the most specially when working. I HATE who I become when I’m on them, I’m a former shadow of myself and I try, as always, to put on a brave face, but I’ll be honest… when am alone I’ll have a lil cry. I just need to stay strong and hopefully they’ll get to work and it will all be worth it!"
The 35-year-old continued: "But there has been some positive improvements
