Zhang Ziyi is back on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival after a five-year absence!
The 45-year-old Chinese actress attended the premiere of the film She’s Got No Name during the 2024 festival on Friday (May 24) in Cannes, France.
Ziyi stars in the new crime drama film, which is based on a true story of an unsolved murder case in Shanghai. This marks her first appearance at the festival since 2019 after being a regular fixture at the festival for years.
For those who don’t know, Ziyi shot to fame from the Oscar-winning movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon back in 2000. She has also starred in such movies as Rush Hour 2, Memoirs of a Geisha, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
FYI: Ziyi is wearing Chopard jewelry on the red carpet.
