Work is now underway to build more than 200 homes, shops and green spaces in Bolton town centre.
Developers are on site at the former bus station in Moor Lane, with a mixture of apartments and townhouses set to be built.
As well as the former bus station site, two further sites to the north and south of the Job Centre will also be developed.

The plans - for 162 flats, 44 three-storey, three-bed houses, retail space and two small parks - were narrowly passed by Bolton’s planning committee at a meeting in November 2021.
New cycle paths and enhanced pedestrian routes will also be created.
According to the proposals, 82 of the homes will be affordable, and available for rent, shared equity and rent to buy.
The remaining 126 homes will a mix of private rented and open market sale.
Councillor Martyn Cox, leader of Bolton Council said: “These exciting plans for a major town centre brownfield site are starting to be built following extensive consultation with local residents. The Moor Lane development will bring much needed new high-quality homes, green spaces and public spaces to Bolton.
"The benefits this development brings to our town are great, both to boost our local economy and create a new neighbourhood in the heart of Bolton."
The scheme is one of six key intervention areas in the £100 million Bolton town centre masterplan.
