A young woman who vanished from Glasgow city centre over 10 days ago has sparked a frantic police search.
Nicola Hastings was last seen in the Union Street area on the evening of Friday, September 9, but has failed to make contact with loved ones since.
Cops are now appealing for the public's help as part of their ongoing efforts to trace the 26-year-old.
Nicola is described as white Scottish, 5ft 7 inches tall with red hair and of slim build. She was wearing a red jumper and grey jogging bottoms when she vanished.
Anyone with any insight as to where Nicola might be is being urged to come forward.
Sergeant George Martin from Baird Street Police Office said: “Nicola has now been out of touch with her family for some time. Our enquiries have revealed that she has been in the city centre.
"We are appealing for anyone who knows Nicola or who has seen her since 9 September 2022, to contact Police. I would also appeal directly to Nicola if she reads this appeal to get in touch with us or her family." Anyone with any information on Nicola’s whereabouts are asked to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 3033 of September 15.
