The Oppenheim Group is expanding to Orange County, and it looks like the drama has followed.A new trailer for Netflix’s “Selling the OC” introduces some of the big personalities who will be joining the brokerage’s new Southern California location and teases that, just like “Selling Sunset,” they’re destined to clash.“The Oppenheim Group comes with its own brand of office politics,” one of the agents declares. Vanessa Hudgens, 33, and Austin Butler, 30, had a long 9-year relationship going back to 2011. Now the former couple is both in happy relationships, with the Elvis star booed up with Kaia Gerber, 20, and Hudgens with professional baseball player Cole Tucker.

Austin Butler just played the legendary musician in the movie "Elvis" and will now star in director Jeff Nichols' next movie "The Bikeriders" with Jodie Comer and Tom Hardy.  According to Variety, "The Bikeriders" is named after the 1967 Danny Lyon photography book and "tells an original story about a '60s Midwestern motorcycle club as it evolves over the course of a decade from a community for outsiders into a far more sinister gang."  The movie has brought Sarah Green and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones onboard to produce with Fred Berger as the films executive producer. The film will be Nichols’ sixth directorial effort, and his first since “Midnight Special” and “Loving” premiered in 2016.

Believe it or not, it’s been six years since we’ve last seen a Jeff Nichols film. Sure, back in 2016, we were lucky enough to get the release of “Midnight Special” and “Loving,” but since then the filmmaker has been a bit silent.

Maddie Ziegler and Eddie Benjamin brought their romance to the red carpet! The cute couple attended the premiere of  Monday at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles. Marking their red carpet debut, Ziegler and Benjamin smiled for the cameras and had a picture-perfect moment when Benjamin sweetly kissed his girlfriend on the cheek. The  alum looked all grown up in a gorgeous, black, cutout gown that featured a high leg slit. For his part, the music producer rocked a navy blue, silk dress shirt with black slacks and finished the look with dashing navy loafers. Ziegler, 19, and Benjamin, 21, first went public with their relationship in March 2020 but had been spotted together since December 2019, though they were reportedly just friends during that time. Solidifying their status as a fan-favorite couple, in April 2021, Ziegler starred in the music video for Benjamin's song, «Speechless.» The creative production features the couple together and showcases Ziegler's dancing. In January of this year, Ziegler spoke with ET and couldn't help but gush over her boyfriend.
