LOS ANGELES -- A judge on Friday threw out part of the case against Kim Kardashian in former reality TV star Blac Chyna's lawsuit while the jury deliberates on the elements that remain.Judge Gregory Alarcon ruled that Chyna's attorney Lynne Ciani did not provide any statement during the trial from Kardashian that was defamatory toward Chyna.The case against Kardashian for interference with a contract remains alive. The jury, in its first full day of deliberations, is deciding on that and both defamation and contract-interference cases against Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.Chyna's lawsuit alleges that the women falsely told television producers and executives that Chyna had violently attacked her then-fiancé Rob Kardashian in December 2016 in an attempt to get her reality show, “Rob & Chyna," canceled.Ciani argued during closing arguments Thursday afternoon that the women had no reason to believe the attack had occurred, as testimony, photos and video from the time showed no significant injuries to Rob Kardashian.“He didn’t have a mark on him,” Ciani said.

Rob Kardashian testified Wednesday that ex-fiancée Blac Chyna held a gun to his head on numerous occasions during their tumultuous relationship. Kris Jenner continued her dramatic second-day testimony Friday in Blac Chyna’s $100 million defamation lawsuit over what the ex-fiancée of Rob Kardashian believes was a coup by the Kardashian clan to cancel her reality show, "Rob & Chyna."  The show aired on E!, and Chyna, 33, filed suit in 2017 after she said the show was given the green light for a Season 2 but was called off after Rob, 35, and the former exotic dancer had a dust-up. "They had an option that they didn’t exercise," Jenner, wearing a pastel suit, said on the stand. "[Rob] never got a letter.There was nothing to cancel." During her testimony Thursday, Kris was questioned at length about the violent altercation between Rob and Chyna that led to their breakup and a restraining order against Rob.

LOS ANGELES -- Former reality television star Blac Chyna testified Thursday that she had no personal knowledge of anything Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian or Kylie Jenner had said or done to harm her reputation.Chyna was on the witness stand for the third day in a Los Angeles courtroom at the trial for her $100 million lawsuit against the four Kardashian women that alleges they forced the cancellation of her show “Rob & Chyna” and damaged her celebrity status.As he cross-examined Chyna, Kardashian lawyer Michael G. Rhodes forcefully asked, “Am I correct, you are not aware of anything that Khloe Kardashian did or said, verbally or in writing, that harmed your career?"“Correct,” she answered.

Blac Chyna continued her testimony on the stand Wednesday, going into detail about her relationships with her ex-fiancé, rapper Tyga, as well as her foray into meeting Rob Kardashian and the culmination of their tumultuous relationship. In the more than $100 million complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the former reality star, 33, whose real name is Angela Renée White, alleges the Kardashian family conspired against her to get the TV show "Rob & Chyna" canceled, and that move greatly hindered her ability to earn income in other ways that naturally would have come as an extension of her fame from the series and social media influence.

Four members of the Kardashian-Jenner family were in attendance during the jury selection for Blac Chyna's defamation lawsuit against the clan. According to Page Six, the family members were seen in the Los Angeles courthouse without Chyna’s ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian.
