There's not long to wait until we find out who will be crowned winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022. The grand final of the competition kicks off in Turin, Italy, on Saturday night.
The grand final promises another night of catchy pop songs, memorable performances and eye-catching costumes. Italian rock band Maneskin, who triumphed at the 2021 contest, will perform during the ceremony, delivering a live premiere of their new single Supermodel.
Italian host broadcaster Rai announced that the trio of singer Laura Pausini, presenter Alessandro Cattelan and pop star Mika will share presenting duties. Mika is best known in the UK for his 2007 album Life in Cartoon Motion and has served as a judge on the Italian version of The X Factor.

So far, Ukraine are the odds-on favourite to win the contest this year but the nation faces tough competition from Sweden, Italy and, most surprisingly, the UK. TikTok star Sam Ryder, 32, will represent the Brits on Saturday with his uplifting pop song Space Man.

Ukraine last won the contest in 2016 and therefore hosted the 2017 event in its capital of Kyiv. Host country Italy are second in the favourites with odds of 11/2 for their act, Mahmood And Blanco, who will be performing the song, Brividi. Third place goes to Sweden with odds of 7/1, which is being represented by Cornelia Jakobs and her emotive pop ballad, Hold Me Closer.
