EastEnders is reportedly due to go off air in two weeks as the cast and crew have still not returned to set to film new episodes.The popular BBC soap opera's production had been halted in mid-March due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic as measures were taken to ensure people adhered to social distancing rules. Now that the UK lockdown has started easing, other shows like Emmerdale have started filming once again to provide some much-needed entertainment while in quarantine.
