It might be a rainy weather forecast for the Kings Coronation but many attendees are rays of sunshine in zesty citrus shades. One of guests choosing to wear a yellow ensemble to the event is The Princess of Wale's sister, Pippa Middelton, who stuns in a bespoke lemon coat style dress by luxury British designer Clare Mischevani. Based on the brand's coveted 'Anais' design, Pippa oozes elegance and makes sure she stands out from the crowd in her sunny shade.
With its delicate cinched waist and mid-length skirt, the dress is also a fitting look for such a formal affair. Since Pippa's dress is bespoke, it isn't available to buy in its finished form, but prices start from £995 for similar bespoke designs from the high-end designer. Pippa completed her ensemble with a statement hat and nude accessories – and some might say she's taking style notes from her sister, who has also worn dress structures like this one for recent royal events.
For example, The Princess of Wales wore a similar look back in June 2019 to Trooping The Colour for the Queen's annual birthday parade. Kate's design was by one of her favourite fashion designers Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. We predict Pippa has just set a big trend for wedding season since the lovely lemon shade is the perfect choice for events, weddings and christenings.
