That being said, it's been a struggle to find ones that glide on easily and stay put all day. Kulfi's liners are so creamy and highly pigmented. The color Tiger Queen is very unique and not a shade you see often—it's a brick red that looks great against my medium skin tone.
I was able to draw it on quickly with no smudges or hiccups. You can draw super precise lines (peep that pointed end I achieved with the black pencil!) or smudge out a thicker line to hack eyeshadow.
For this look, I first went in with Tiger’s Eye (a terracotta color that simultaneously stands out and appears somewhat neutral on my medium skin), then popped the wing and my outer corner waterline with Nazar No More (black). I was so impressed with the creamy, velvety smooth texture and just how gorgeous the glide was. It’s the kind of eyeliner you really want to play with all day.
