Waterloo Road star Hattie Dynevor has opened up about her famous mum's support after landing her first big TV role - and has addressed whether we'll see her following in her Coronation Street footsteps.
Last summer Sally Dyenvor, famed for playing Sally Metcalfe in the ITV soap, said she 'couldn't be prouder' as it was announced Hattie would be joining the cast of Waterloo Road. Fans of the BBC drama have since seen the actress in action as school pupil Libby Guthrie.
And it's fair to say her character made her mark with her sweet image but devious personality having run away from her mum in New Zealand to her dad, history teacher Neil Guthrie.

Speaking about working on the school-based drama, which was rebooted last year by the BBC after being axed in 2015, Hattie told the Manchester Evening News: "It's amazing. I feel like I've learnt so much from other people and watching what other people do and you learn so much just from being on set...
"I auditioned for the first series when it was coming back. I auditioned for one of the characters then and then it was a year later that I got my audition in for Libby and I was really excited. And yeah, I got the part and it was amazing."
During the recent 13th series, Waterloo Road fans have seen Libby's hectic arrival and it didn't take her long to create a few enemies and try and get between her dad and his love interest Coral Walker - even claiming the English teacher had pushed her down the stairs.
"I like how on the outside she seems very sweet and nice and everyone thinks she's an innocent girl
