Sponsored by AgBioEn, the one-night event — an effort to raise funds to help restore forests, wildlife, and rebuild communities impacted by the Australian wildfires — will also feature performances by Lil Nas X, The Veronicas and DJ Seb.

Fire Fight Australia raised close to A$10 million ($6.7 million) for good causes and exceeded all expectations, say organizers of the historic concert Sunday (Feb. 16) in Sydney’s west.

Adam Lambert joined Queen to reprise the band’s 1985 Live Aid set for the first time ever at a fundraising concert for the Australian bushfires.

BERLIN — BMG announced today a new global recordings partnership with platinum-selling artist, Aloe Blacc. The singer, whose distinctive vocals can be heard on the late Avicii's soaring hit "Wake Me Up," paired the announcement with the release of a Valentine's Day single, "I Do." Inspired by his decade-long marriage with Australian recording artist Maya Jupiter, 'I Do' is the first single from Blacc's upcoming fourth album, to be released later this year via BMG.

After appearing on stage in a hospital gown earlier this week following some medical issues, The 1975 frontman Matty Healy surprised fans again this week during the band's Australian tour by busting out an acoustic version of a new song. The track, which Healy previously revealed is titled "Jesus Christ 2005 God Bless America," is slated to appear on the group's upcoming Notes on a Conditional Form album.

The 1975 had to cancel their show in Brisbane, Australia, on Saturday night (Feb. 1) due to front man Matty Healy suffering from "a bout of serious sickness." The next night, Healy felt better and took the stage in Sydney, but really drove his point home by performing in a hospital gown.

The frontman was recently hospitalised, leading his band to cancel a Brisbane show this week.
